Pickleball Membership Tiers
We have 2 different membership tiers for you to choose from. Please note, regardless of which location you signup with, you can use your membership at both Westminster and Aurora.
The Free Player’s Account is a great way to get started with us at our Colorado pickleball locations. as you need an account to book a court. You’ll sign the online waiver for pickleball services so you won’t have to in-person. All players who register and play must have a Player’s Account and sign the Injury Waiver Form. You’ll need to add another person with an account in order to make a court reservation.

- Court Reservations are $36 ($40 prime time) per hour per court
- Make reservations up to one week in advance
- 72 hour cancelation window
- Timely cancellation will get the reserving player or player no credit card or cash refund but they will receive a house credit
The Pickleball Food Pub Membership is the best way to help you get the most from your Pickleball experience. All players who register and play must have a Player’s Account and sign the Injury Waiver Form. Enjoy some exclusive member benefits, priority booking, and special events throughout the year!
- One Free League Sign Up Per Membership Year (Value of $90 reimbursed to your house account upon League Registration)
- 12 Monthly Passes ($10 credits) when you make a reservation during a month
- Our staff will get your credit on your account by the 15th of the following month
- If a reservation is not made in a month the pass will expire for the designated Month
- Redeemed passes can be issued as gifts to other players

- Early Access to League Registration
* Priority Pass Holder’s share valued at $9.50 or $10 a month depending on time of day used. Other players on the court will have to pay the balance of the reservation fee. When payment is made by the Priority Pass Holder to secure the registration or reservation, the payment to get the registration or reservation will be refunded to the Priority Pass Player’s credit card upon the first use. $200 priority pass effective 4/1/25.

Player’s Account—Free
The Free Player’s Account is perfect for those eager to dive into pickleball. This no-cost account is your gateway to booking court time, with rates set at $36 per hour or $40 per hour during peak hours. You can schedule your games up to one week in advance. Our 72-hour cancellation policy means you won’t get a refund, but you’ll receive a house credit for future use. To reserve a court, ensure you and another player have signed our Injury Waiver Form.
Priority Player’s Pass—$200/year
For a more enriched experience, the Priority Player’s Pass is ideal. At $200 annually, it includes a complimentary league sign-up worth $90, credited to your account. You’ll also receive 12 Monthly Passes ($10 credits) when you make a reservation during each month which can be shared with friends. Enjoy the advantage of booking courts two weeks ahead and benefit from a 24-hour cancellation policy. Plus, take part in exclusive member events and get early access to league registrations, perfect for those passionate about the game.

How do I sign up for a membership?
You can easily sign up by visiting our website or stopping by the Pickleball Food Pub. Choose the membership that fits your needs and complete the registration, including the Injury Waiver Form.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free Player’s Account holders must cancel 72 hours in advance to receive a house credit. Priority Player’s Pass members can cancel up to 24 hours before their reservation. Refunds are not provided; instead, credits are added to your account.
Can I gift my monthly passes?
Yes, if you have a Priority Player’s Pass, you can share your monthly passes with other players, making it easy to spread the enjoyment of pickleball with friends and family.
